MONEL Nickel Copper Alloy MONEL404 (UNS N04404) is primarily used in professional electrical and electronic applications. The composition of MONEL 404 alloy has been carefully tuned to provide a very low Curie temperature, low permeability and good brazing properties.
Monel 400 is mainly used in chemical and petrochemical and marine development fields. It can be used to manufacture various heat exchange equipment, boiler feed water heaters, petroleum and chemical pipelines, vessels, towers, tanks, valves, pumps, reactors, shafts, etc. Marine heat exchangers, desalination equipment, salt production equipment, marine and chemical processing equipment, propeller shafts and pumps, gasoline and water tanks, etc.

MONEL K-500 alloy has corrosion resistance comparable to 400, but has higher mechanical strength and hardness. Has good thermal corrosion resistance and long-term tissue stability. Monel K500 alloy has the same corrosion resistance as Monel 400 in addition to its excellent mechanical properties such as high strength, corrosion resistance and non-magnetic properties. It can be used as a pump shaft material and is suitable for working under the harsh geological mining conditions of high-sulfur and high-wax oil layers. The alloy has no plastic-brittle transition temperature.

The alloy can produce deformed products of various shapes, such as discs, forgings, plates, rods, wires and rings. IncoloyA-286 nickel-based alloy improves the purity of the alloy, limits the gas content, controls the content of low melting point elements, and adjusts the heat treatment system, so as to improve the thermal strength and long-term performance of the alloy.
Inconel 617 is particularly suitable where high temperatures and particularly high mechanical stress are present. This alloy is recommended for operating temperatures up to 1000°C. Inconel617 can manufacture thin wall parts.Alloy617 products are commonly used in gas turbine combustion tanks and conduits, heat treatment equipment, petrochemical processing, power plant equipment, nitric acid production accessories, etc.
One of the outstanding properties of INCOLOY 926 alloy is its resistance to environments containing chlorides or other halides. This alloy is particularly suitable for handling high chloride environments such as brackish water, sea water, caustic chloride and pulp mill bleaching systems. Applications include chemical and food processing, pulp and paper bleaching plants, marine and offshore platform equipment, salt pan evaporators, air pollution control systems, condensate pipes, water supply pipes and feedwater heaters in the power industry.
Hastelloy S finds extensive application across industries requiring exceptional corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance. Commonly used in chemical processing, petrochemical, and power generation industries, it is employed in reactors, heat exchangers, and piping systems exposed to aggressive chemicals and elevated temperatures.
